At N DESIGN, we do the best to make our customer’s shopping experience distinctive and enjoyable.
Once your order process is completed and you paid for your purchases with us you are accepting the following terms and conditions regarding Returns and Exchange.

• We do not offer refunds, however with the same amount of money you can buy other products.

• We accept returns only for the following reason;

The product you have received does not match your order and product description due to a mistake from our side (e.g. you received the wrong size or wrong color). In this case, the return shipping cost will be covered by us.

We accept exchange for the following reason;

The product you have received does not match your order and product description due to a mistake from your side (e.g. you ordered the wrong size or wrong color). In this case, shipping is to be covered and paid for by the customer.

• Products must be received unworn, unwashed and with all tags and original packaging intact.

• The product must be shipped to us in its original condition within 10 working days of its receiving date.

• We do not accept exchanges/ returns if the customers have just changed their mind regarding their orders. All our sales are considered final.

All the above mentioned applies only to ready to wear products. As for the customized products, Returns & Exchange is not applicable. However, alterations can be done to the purchased item, indicating specifying the required alteration according to the Alteration form. In this case, the product must be shipped to us within 7 working days of its receiving date.

• N DESIGN reserves the right to refuse any Exchange/ Return if the product received later than the specified period (7 working days of product receiving date) or the product original condition has changed (tags removed, worn, used or washed).

Processing:

Once we receive the product, we will check its condition, and if approved, the issue will be resolved within 21 working days maximum.

Damage and Defects:

In the case of damages and defects N DESIGN  will not refund the amount, the customer will receive the same item as a replacement by contacting Customer Service (70095557) within 1 day after receiving the item and should return the damaged item to N DESIGN  Store.

Warranty:

N DESIGN  does not provide any warranty to its customer regarding to the item.
